At StarCiteCity, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Certain items are excluded from returns, including:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized or Custom Products: Customized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
  • Hygiene Products: Items such as undergarments, swimwear, or beauty products are not eligible for return if they have been used or opened.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@starcitecity.com or call (660) 679-4258 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.

  3. Prepare the Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Make sure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.


3. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our policy. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item was damaged during shipment.
  • Restocking Fee: In certain cases (e.g., items that are missing tags or damaged), a restocking fee may be applied, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@starcitecity.com or call (660) 679-4258. We will assist you in processing a return or replacement for the item at no additional cost to you.

  • Evidence: Please provide a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order number when contacting us.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

StarCiteCity is not responsible for packages lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please check with your local carrier or neighbors to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please reach out to us for assistance with a possible claim with the carrier.


7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Returns must follow the same process outlined above. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures.
